Hello. I’m a girl who has become increasingly more sensitive to chemicals, irritants, allergens, and pollutants in our world. My goal? To lower our exposure to them, learn how to cut the corners that big business thinks they’re cutting, and (maybe) teach you a thing or two that’ll improve your day, your wallet, or your life.
I redefine our perspectives on these things:
- Food and drink
- Low impact, sustainable living
- Health, wellness, and beauty
- Nutrition and Biochemistry
And will always seek out more info/literature on these things. So please, share blog links, wishlists, good books, and projects. We’ll call it an ideas party.
